Do you have a regular workout routine? What's your favorite form of exercise?
As of tomorrow morning, yes! I am going to start USING our treadmill in the mornings. I'm going to lose my "few extra pounds" even tho it's a rough season to do that. I'm going to be more height/weight proportionate. I'm not going to have the Pillsbury Doughboy belly anymore! Yay!
